CURRENT JOB OPENINGS

Engineering Manager •  Wright City, MO

Hours: 1st Shift 7:00am – 3:30pm

Summary: Engineering Manager will lead the manufacturing engineering group. Our Engineering Manager is responsible for oversight of master routing creation, cost estimating, tool design, and production support. Engineering works with Program Management to help build new opportunities and maintain existing work. Engineering also works with NC Programming, Production and Quality to develop methods and processes for new parts and provide follow up support for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities: Following all company safety policies and procedures. Control technical documentation for shop floor manufacturing including routings, drawings, material reviews, customer information requests and responses, and other ERP related inputs. Respond to customer quote requests and provide pricing and lead times for machined parts and assemblies, and associated non-recurring items. Lead tool design development. Execute advanced approaches and coordinate implementation with Programming and Production. Determine engineering capacity and requirements and inform management of any needs or limitations. Set goals, monitor performance and provide feedback to management on individuals and assists in reviews. Coordinate cross training between Programming and Engineering, and develop and train department members in tools and procedures. Implement support programs and provide improvements and updates in a timely manner. Support continuous improvement of existing programs to reduce cycle time, rework, or defects.

Qualifications: Technical degree from an accredited college engineering, or similar relevant focus. CAD modeling in Solidworks, NX, or similar. Ability to be self-directed, requiring little supervision, and lead others. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills. Experienced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Internet, etc with particular emphasis on Excel. Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and electronic). US Citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Desirable Qualifications: Experience with Manufacturing and with CAM systems or other related activities.

Quality Manager  •  Wright City, MO

Hours: 1st Shift 7:00am – 3:30pm

Responsibilities: Following all company safety policies and procedures. Responsible for quality of customer orders and accountable for product flow through the Quality Control Department. Lead and promote the Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) process. Implement quality tools governing all quality functions from raw material to purchased goods throughout the production and shipping departments. Identify, resolve, and lead continuous improvement projects to dismiss customer quality issues and non-conformances and process failures of parts through investigations, analysis, and detecting trends. Coordinate, track, and communicate quality focused KPI performances routinely and develop countermeasures when KPI do not meet expectations. Directly supervise Quality Control employees, schedule, and ensure all functions are in accordance with Company policies, Code of Ethical Business Conduct, and applicable laws. Interview, hire, and train new employees. Plan, assign, and delegate work to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BS or BA) in engineering or technical discipline. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quality Control in an industrial manufacturing setting. Experienced computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, etc. Excellent communications skills (verbal, written, and electronic). Ability to work in a team setting. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and be self-motivated. Understand company and manufacturing objectives. U.S. Citizenship.

Desirable Qualifications: Knowledge of ISO/AS/QS standards. Machining, manufacturing, and/or assembly operations experience.

CNC Machinist   •  Wright City, MO

Hours: 2nd Shift 3:00pm – 11:30pm and 3rd Shift 11:00pm – 7:30am

Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines producing precision aerospace parts. Modify parts and materials to improve overall production. Perform routine maintenance on machinery. Calculate dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments. Interpret technical drawings in order to properly set up parts or raw stock for machining.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in machining or other related fields. Experience using machine tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail. U.S. Citizenship.
