CURRENT JOB OPENINGS

Deburr Operator  •  Wright City, MO

Hours: 1st Shift 7:00am – 3:30pm

Summary: Our Deburr Operator grinds of sharp edges from precision aerospace parts.

Responsibilities: Following all company safety policies and procedures. Modification of parts and materials to improve overall production. Daily tasks include working with pneumatic/air tools. If you are successful using hand tools or have previous experience with auto body work, these skills would be helpful.

Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Good work ethics. U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident.

Position Details: These positions are designed for a consistent 40 hour work week with some overtime opportunities available. Compensation is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Quality Inspector/CMM Operator  •  Wright City, MO

Hours: 2nd / Weekend Shift 3:15pm – 11:45pm (six 8-hour shifts)

Summary: Our Quality Inspector/CMM Operator is responsible for CMM programming and analysis of prototype and production parts.

Responsibilities: Following all company safety policies and procedures. Perform CMM programming, setup, and the analysis of difficult prototype and production parts. To maintain and generate required quality documentation to include inspections and discrepancy reporting. Effectively communicate with Machinists, Operators, and Management to maintain acceptable quality standards. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 1 year(s) experience with Calypso/Zeiss CMM Software. Previous experience in manufacturing quality control or other related fields. US Citizen or lawful permanent resident.

CNC Machinist   •  Wright City, MO

Hours: 2nd Shift 3:00pm – 11:30pm and 3rd Shift 11:00pm – 7:30am

Responsibilities: Operate CNC machines producing precision aerospace parts. Modify parts and materials to improve overall production. Perform routine maintenance on machinery. Calculate dimensions and tolerances using measuring instruments. Interpret technical drawings in order to properly set up parts or raw stock for machining.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in machining or other related fields. Experience using machine tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail. U.S. Citizenship.
